Capoeira Camp
Capoeira is a Brazilian art blending dance, music, and acrobatics, originally born from resistance and community. In this camp, kids will explore Capoeira Angola, focusing on music, movement, and teamwork.
The program includes workshops, creative activities, and experiential learning, helping kids build skills, improve fitness, and enjoy an intercultural community experience.
The design goal was to blend the vibrant energy of Capoeira with the adventurous spirit of camping in a simple, childlike style. A dynamic, cutout silhouette look with three colors plus background keeps the focus on movement and unity, making it perfect for screen printing on shirts and bags.
Inspired by Capoeira Angola’s Mestre Pastinha, black and yellow were chosen for historical significance, with violet added for a striking contrast. This minimal color palette creates a bold, playful design that captures Capoeira’s spirit in a way kids can easily connect with.
